To register and use b88club's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each b88club member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate account creation is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without notice.

By registering an account with b88club, you agree to:

• Providing true, accurate, current and complete personal information, including your full name, Malaysia identity card number (MyKad), phone number, email address and valid banking details.

B88club reserves the right at any time to request additional identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) to ensure account security and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, a recent bank statement, or proof of residential address.

B88club accepts a wide range of popular and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

For withdrawal of funds, the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and processing times are between 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. b88club reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM2,000 per day.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. b88club does not process withdrawals to third parties.

B88club offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in writing within the specific promotion's terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A welcome bonus of up to RM200 is awarded to new members on their first deposit. A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies within 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback of up to 10% is calculated based on net weekly losses. Cashback is credited every Monday before 12:00 PM and must be wagered 3x before withdrawal.
• Reload Bonus: Available to active members who make a minimum deposit of RM100. The rollover requirement is 15x the bonus amount within 14 days.
• Each member is eligible for one type of bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.
• B88club reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse of the promotions system.
• Sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count towards bonus wagering requirement calculations.

All bets placed on the b88club platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport or game. The following general rules apply across all betting categories:

• All bets confirmed by the b88club system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified except under circumstances specifically provided for in the relevant sports rules.
• B88club works with reputable third-party odds providers. In the event of a technical error or odds-setting mistake, b88club reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the member's account.
• For live Sports Betting, wagers are accepted subject to market availability. b88club is not responsible for any delays in a member's internet connection that result in bets not being processed.
• For Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches, bets placed after the official kick-off time will be automatically rejected by the system, except for active live betting markets.
• Results for badminton, cricket, e-sports, and all other sports are determined based on the official results of the relevant governing body. b88club does not accept any unofficial records as a basis for settling bets.
• For casino games such as baccarat, roulette and slots, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the respective game information on the b88club platform.

B88club provides its betting and online casino platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• B88club is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on the platform, including losses from Sports Betting, casino, slots, or table games.
• B88club is not liable for any service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or factors beyond our control.
• B88club's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• B88club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of income, profits or business opportunities.

B88club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if the member is found to have committed, or is suspected of committing, any of the following:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including identity fraud or document falsification.
• Opening more than one account on the b88club platform using the same or different identities.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful activities using the b88club platform.
• Misuse of b88club bonuses or promotions, including opening multiple accounts solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Violating any terms set out in this Terms & Conditions document.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the b88club customer support team. In the event of account closure at a member's request, any eligible remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
